摘  要:近几年何首乌肝毒性事件频发,已经引起了国内外中医药研究领域的关注。《本草汇言》载曰:生用气寒,性敛,有毒;制熟气温,无毒。由于何首乌炮制工艺的多样化,再加上中药物质基础成分的复杂性、作用的多靶点性和整体性,使得何首乌通过炮制增效减毒的物质基础尚不明确;肝毒性成分尚不明确。文章通过对近些年何首乌的炮制工艺和炮制后相关化学成分的变化进行总结和分析,为后续何首乌肝毒性成分的研究提供一定的指导作用,进而为完善何首乌的炮制工艺奠定基础。In recent years,there are many reports about liver injury induced by Polygonum multiflorum which has caught the attention of the Chinese medicine research field both at home and abroad. Materia Medica words record:the unprocessed Polygonum multiflorum's nature is code,astringent and toxic;the processed Polygonum multiflorum's nature is warm and non-toxic. Due to the diversification of processing technology of Polygonum multiflorum,and the complexity of chemical compositions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),multiple targets and integrity which make Polygonum multiflorum material foundation is unclear through processing to improve effect and decrease toxicity,and composition of hepatotoxicity is unclear. In this paper,summarized and analyzed the differents processing technology an the change of chemical composition after process of Polygonum multiflorum.For Polygonum multiflorum hepatotoxicity composition research provides certain guiding role,and then lay a foundation to improve the processing technology of Polygonum multiflorum.
