摘　　要：中药药性理论是中药理论的核心,其中中药四气是中药药性理论的重要组成部分。综述了中药四气的药理研究、物质基础研究、数据挖掘研究及热力学研究等内容,并简要总结了中药四气的研究概况,认为中药四气的研究可以从中药炮制的角度入手,且中药四气的物质基础与中药药效物质基础有一定的关系。希望为中药四气的深入研究提供参考。The nature of Chinese material medica theory is the core of Chinese medicine theory,and Medicine four properties is an important part for nature of Chinese material medica theory. Pharmacological studies,basic research materials,data mining and thermodynamic studies is be reviewed,and summarized the research profile of four properties,think the study of four properties can start from the processing of Chinese medicinals,and there is a relationship between the bioactive components of Chinese medicine and material basis of four properties of Chinese medicine. Hoping to provide a reference for further study of medicine four properties.
