河北省邢台县医院疑似肺结核患者登记报告情况分析

摘　　要：目的：了解河北省邢台县医院疑似肺结核患者登记报告情况,为结核病防治工作提供参考依据。方法：对2009~2013年登记报告的疑似肺结核资料进行汇总分析。结果：共登记报告疑似肺结核患者205例,以本地居民居多,农民、男性和中青年为主。到结核病防治机构就诊患者173例,到位就诊率84.39%,确诊为肺结核153例,检出率为88.44%;排除患者20例,排除率11.56%。各年份报告患者到位就诊率和检出率均无逐年下降趋势（P〉0.05）。结论：邢台县医院为全县肺结核患者发现工作做出了一定贡献;进一步加大国家结核病防治政策宣传力度,提高疑似肺结核的诊断和治疗水平将是今后一项长期的工作。Objective： To investigate the suspected pulmonary tuberculosis registration reports in Xingtai county of Hebei province so as to provide guidance for the control and prevention of tuberculosis. Methods： The data of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis collected during 2009 ~ 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Two hundred and five cases of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis were registered; the majority of the patients were local residents,most of whom were farmers,males and young people. One hundred and seventy-three cases visited the tuberculosis prevention and control institution,with an attendance rate of 84. 39%. One hundred and fifty-three of the cases were diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis（ 88. 44%） and 20 cases were excluded（ 11. 56%）. The attendance rate and detection rate did not tend to decrease year by year（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： The Hospital of Xingtai County has made certain contribution to the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis of the county. Meanwhile,improving the level of diagnosis and treatment of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis is still a long-term work in the future.
