篱栏网镇痛抗炎实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨篱栏网全草水提物和醇提物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法分别采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型观察篱栏网的抗炎作用;冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验观察篱栏网镇痛作用。结果与正常对照组相比较,篱栏网水提和醇提部位的高、低剂量组能明显降低小鼠耳廓的耳肿胀度,有显著性差异(P<0.05);篱栏网水提和醇提部位的高、低剂量组能明显减少小鼠的扭体反应次数,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论篱栏网全草提取物有良好的镇痛抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Merremia hederacea. METHODS Experiments were carried out in mice models of inflammation ： xylene-induced swelling of ears ; analgesic effect were observed by the model of acetic acid-induced writhing. RESULTS The Merremia hederacea could inhibit the xylene-induced ear swelling （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and reduce acetic acid-induced writhing response （ P 〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION The Merremia hederacea showed anti-inflammatory, and analgesic effects.
