活血化痰汤对2型糖尿病患者血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活血化痰汤对2型糖尿病患者血脂影响。方法选择已确诊的2型糖尿病血脂异常患者86例患者,随机分为治疗组46例,对照组40例,在糖尿病强化治疗和在运动及糖尿病饮食疗法的基础上,治疗组给予活血化痰汤,1日1剂,21天为1个疗程,对照组除了不给予活血化痰汤,其他都相同,观察患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、血液流变学等的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血粘度比治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05或<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显上升(P<0.01),而对照组这些指标测定值治疗前后无明显变化;治疗后两组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或<0.01),但治疗组比对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病强化治疗和在运动及糖尿病饮食疗法的基础上,应用活血化痰汤治疗2型糖尿病的效果优于单纯的糖尿病强化治疗和在运动及糖尿病饮食疗法;中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病对防治糖尿病的血脂代谢异常具有重要临床意义。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Huoxue Huatan decoction on blood lipid in type 2 diabetic patients. METHODS 86 patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group 46 cases and control group 40 cases. The treatment group was treated with blood circulation and resolving phlegm decoction, 1 dose/day ,2 days,21 days for 1 days. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the serum total cholesterol （TC）, glycerol three lipid （TG） , low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, blood viscosity were significantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ） , but the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION In the treatment of diabetes, and on the basis of exercise and diet therapy, the effect of the decoction for activating blood circulation on the treatment of type 2 diabetes is better than that of the treatment of diabetes mellitus and in exercise and diabetes mellitus,and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetes mellitus has important clinical significance to prevent and treat diabetes.
