上皮生长因子、局部注射激素封闭与直线偏光红外线治疗口腔顽固性溃疡疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对上皮生长因子、局部注射激素封闭与直线偏光红外线治疗口腔顽固性溃疡的临床效果进行分析探究。方法选取在唐山市协和医院接受治疗的212例患有口腔顽固性溃疡疾病的患者,将其平均分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组53例,分别采用局部注射激素封闭、上皮生长因子与直线偏光红外线3种治疗方法对A、B、C 3组患者进行治疗,D组不给予任何处理措施,使其自然愈合,对比分析4组患者的临床治疗效果及各组患者自然愈合病程情况。结果 C组患者自然愈合病程(7.9±2.1)d,B组患者自然愈合病程(11.8±3.3)d,A组患者自然愈合病程(14.5±3.6)d,D组患者自然愈合病程(18.3±1.9)d,C组与A、B、D组相比,自然愈合病程明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组患者总有效率为94.34%,B组患者总有效率为60.38%,A组患者总有效率为50.95%,D组患者总有效率为47.17%,C组与A、B、D组相比,患者总有效率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直线偏光红外线治疗口腔顽固性溃疡的临床效果明显高于上皮生长因子、局部注射激素封闭治疗效果,安全可靠,缩短了自然愈合时间,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of epithelial growth factor,local injections of hormone,and Super Lizer on the treatment of oral refractory ulcers.Methods 212 patients with oral refractory ulcers were selected and divided into 4groups（group A,B,C and D）,with 53 cases in each group.Group A,B and C were treated by epithelial growth factor,local injections of hormone,and Super Lizer,respectively,and group D was natural healing without any treatment.To compare and analyze the clinical effects and natural healing courses of 4groups.Results The natural healing courses of group A,B,C and D were（14.5±3.6）,（11.8±3.3）,（7.9±2.1）and（18.3±1.9）d,respectively.Compared with group A,B and D,the natural healing course of group C was the shortest,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rates of group A,B,C and D were 50.95%,60.38%,94.34% and47.17%.Compared with group A,B and D,the total effective rate of group C was the highest,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Super Lizer on the treatment of oral refractory ulcers is obvious better that epithelial growth factor and local injections of hormone,which is safety,reliable,and worthy of promotion in clinical.
