摘 要:试验选取6头体重(50±1)kg、健康去势的鲁烟白猪,试验饲粮为玉米-杂粕型饲粮,以最优蛋白酶组合的添加量设定为0、0.025%、0.05%、0.075%、0.1%、0.125%6个水平,采用有重复的6×6拉丁方设计进行消化试验。结果表明,随着蛋白酶组合添加量的增加,与对照组相比,粗蛋白质消化率分别提高0.36、0.64、0.89、1.02和0.68个百分点,干物质消化率分别提高0.23、0.63、0.93、1.06和0.46个百分点,且粗蛋白质和干物质消化率蛋白酶组合0.05%、0.075%、0.1%、0.125%组与对照组相比差异极显著。氮的总利用率随着蛋白酶组合添加量的增加而升高(P<0.01)。由此可知,蛋白酶组合的添加可以提高鲁烟白猪养分的消化率,降低氮的排泄量,其中添加量为0.075%和0.1%效果较好。6 heads of Lu-Yan white growing pigs on average body weight (50±1) kg were be used,corn- miscellaneous meal was choosed as experimental diets,he adding level of proteases is 0,0.025%,0.05%,0.075%, 0.1%,0.125% ,using 6~6 Latin square design in digestion trial.The results show that,with the increase of the protease levels,the crude protein digestibility was improved 0.36,0.64,0.89,1.02 and 0.68 percent,the dry matter digestibility was improved 0.23,0.63,0.93,1.06 and 0.46 percent,compared with the control group, Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ had an extremely significantly different (P〈0.01).Nitrogen retention was improved with the increase of protease levels (P〈0.01).These results implied that with the addition of the protease can improve Lu-Yan white pigs nutrient digestibility and reduce nitrogen excretion,the best combination of the proteases at corn-miscellaneous diets is 0.075% and 0.1% for Lu-Yan growing pigs.
