摘　　要：针对目前电力系统仿真程序中继电保护模型的研究现状,给出了利用电力系统分析综合程序软件(PSASP)对电力系统继电保护系统进行建模的方法,进而构建继电保护用户自定义模型(UDM)。对IEEE-39系统线路距离保护模型进行仿真,验证了该模型的有效性和正确性。UDM可以用来研究继电保护原理、配置及其动作特性,有助于促进电力系统继电保护的相关研究。Based on the current relay protection simulation model research situation in power system, a protection modeling method was proposed by using power system analysis software package （PSASP） , and then a user defined model （ UDM ） of distance protection was built. Through the simulation of line distance protection system model of the IEEE-39, quadrilateral distance protection operating characteristics proved the correctness and effectiveness of the model, which can be used to study relay protection principle, configuration and its characteristics, and application of UDM is very good auxiliary aids for scientific research and teaching on relay protection of power system.
