摘  要:目的 了解淮安市空气PM2.5污染对人群呼吸系统疾病门诊量影响。方法 通过医保信息系统,收集淮安市城区人群2013-2014年呼吸系统逐日发病数据,结合同期大气污染监测数据和气象资料,运用统计学方法分析PM2.5污染水平及其对呼吸系统疾病日门诊量影响。结果2013-2014年淮安市空气PM2.5质量浓度均值为73.7μg/m3,超标252d(占34.5%)。PM2.5质量浓度与居民呼吸系统疾病日门诊量存在正相关关系且有滞后性,滞后效应以第4d最强,PM2.5质量浓度每增加10μg/m3呼吸系统疾病日门诊量增加0.63%(95%CI:0.37%-0.89%)。结论 淮安市空气PM2.5污染较严重,能增加呼吸系统疾病门诊量,建议继续加强空气质量监测,减少大气污染物排放,保护居民健康。Objective To investigate impact of PM2. 5 air pollution on daily outpatient quantity of respiratory disease in Huai'an. Methods Daily case numbers of respiratory diseases of local residents in Huai'an from 2013 to 2014 were collected from medicare information database, combined with monitoring data on atmospheric pollution and climate data, statistical analysis was conducted to analyze impact of PM2.5 air pollution level on daily outpatient quantity of respiratory diseases. Results Average mass concentration of PM2.5 air pollution was 73.7 μg/ma , a total of 252 days(34.5%) exceeded national standard. Statistical analysis showed positive correlation between PM2 .5 and daily outpatient number of respiratory diseases with lagging effect. The strongest lagging effect was on the 4 d, daily outpatient quantity of respiratory diseases increased 0.63 % (95 % CI: 0.37%-0. 89%) for every 10 μg/ma of PM2.5 incensement. Conclusion PM2.5 air pollution in Huai'an was serious, which increased outpatient quantity of respiratory disease. Air quality surveillance should be enhanced; air pollution emission should be reduced to ensure health of local residents.
