空心方钢阻振质量对平面弯曲波衰减作用研究

摘  要:采用波分析法对近似等质量的空心、实心阻振质量的阻振性能进行了分析,讨论了厚度和边长对空心阻振质量的传递损失的影响。开展了带阻振质量平板结构的简化模型实验,对传递损失的实验与理论分析结果进行比较,两者趋势一致,从而证明了理论分析的正确性。研究表明,截面尺寸在中高频区对空心阻振质量的阻振效果的影响显著,近似同质量下的空心阻振质量较实心阻振质量在中高频区阻振效果明显。Wave approach was used to analyze the vibration-isolating performance of approximate equal-mass hollow beam and solid blocking mass,and the effects of thickness and length on the transmission loss of hollow blocking mass were discussed.By designing the simplified model experiment of a flat plate construction with blocking mass,the tested results and theoretical values of transmission loss were compared. As a result,both trends were consistent with each other. The results also showed that the section size had an significant influence on the vibration-isolating performance of hollow-square steel blocking mass within mid and high frequency domain,and approximate equal-mass hollow blocking mass had a more obvious vibration-isolating performance than solid blocking mass within mid and high frequency domain.
