轿车等速传动轴关键零件在使用过程中的磨损研究

摘　　要：以不同使用年限的普桑等速传动轴为例,设计中间轴外花键,星形套内花键,固定端星形套沟道以及滑移端球笼沟道的磨损测量方法,研究关键零件使用过程中的磨损,研究表明,使用10年左右的中间轴外花键跨棒距,星形套内花键棒间距仍满足设计值,而自然报废的内外花键部分齿槽的跨棒距、棒间距已超过设计值,自然报废后的固定端星形套内沟道,滑移端球笼外沟道磨损不严重,磨损试验研究为传动轴的回收再制造提供参考。Using different constant velocity drive shaft of Santana automobile with different service lives, the wear characteristics were investigated,including the external and internal splines as well as the inner and outer race of constant velocity joint. The results showed that the wear of external and internal splines for intermediate shaft was still satisfied the design standard if the service lives was less than ten years. The wear of external and internal splines for intermediate shaft exceeded the product design requirements when the Santana automobile was naturally scrapped. The wear of inner and outer race of constant velocity joint was still satisfied the design standard whenever the service lives were reached the scrapped requirement,The technical reference estimated strength and life of remanufactured constant velocity drive shaft will be provided by our experiments data and results.
