摘　　要：应用有限元方法对一款自卸车驱动桥壳的过盈接触区域做了数值模拟试验,为了能准确的反映接触区域的非线性力学特性,采用了中心复合试验设计方法来指导试验;根据模拟试验的结果,拟合成响应面,对拟合的响应面做了方差分析,分析结果显示:所获得响应面可以对自卸车桥壳的接触问题做清晰的显著性描述,根据响应面分析对桥壳的设计提出了指导性建议。The finite element method is applied to the numerical simulation test of a dumping truck drive axle housing contact region,in order to reflect the non-linear mechanical property the CCD method is adopted to guide the test,the RSM is fitted according to the result of the test. the variance analysis of the RSM show that the RSM can describe clearly and significantly the nonlinear problem of the self dumping truck driving axle housing,the guiding suggestions are put forward based on the analysis of the RSM.
