摘  要:以某细长轴实验平台为研究对象,考虑滚动轴承的接触非线性对滚动轴承—转子系统动力学特性的影响,将基座、轴承的振动纳入到研究范围内,建立了滚动轴承-转子-基座的动力学模型。采用变步长的Runge-Kutta方法对其求解,利用分叉图研究了系统在不同转速、不同转子质量偏心距和改变轴的刚度、改变支撑阻尼时的分叉特点和混沌行为;利用轴心轨迹图、poincare图、频谱图分析了系统在不同状态下的信号特点。结果表明,在细长轴的转子实验台上,随着转速的增加,系统的振动很大,稳定工作的周期运动区域很窄,转子工作时要时刻注意避免混沌运动;轴的刚度对转子的影响很大,大的刚度可使转子运动变得稳定,但同时也会将轴承的振动更多的传递到了转子上;质量偏心对系统的动力学特性有一定的影响,大的偏心会使转子的振动加剧、混沌运动区域变长、最小碰摩转速降低,因而在装配时必须尽量要避免偏心;支撑阻尼对转子系统的振动有很大的影响,随着支撑阻尼的增加,转子的振动幅值降低,混沌区域变窄,周期运动区域大大增加,系统容易稳定。Considering the reflection and influences of nonlinear touch rolling bearing towards dynamic,the theme of this paper focus on the slight axe experiment flat roof and comprise pedestal as well as rolling bearing. Use the way of variable step size "Runge-kutta"to make a solution through the model of dynamic. On the other side,the bifurcation diagrams also investigate the mass eccentricity for different rotors and its rotate speed. By the way,the evident change of shaft stiffness and supporting damp appear more obvious. The orbits plot,Poincare pictures and its frequency spectrum analyzed the signal features under the various situations. Through the experiment we can safely draw the conclusion that with the increase of the speed,vibrancy is higher up,the area of periodic locomotion will become narrow,so keep clear of the chaos sedulously when it happen to add up speed. The shaft stiffness have a great influence to the rotors,bulky stiffness can improve the stabilization to the rotors. But it will pass the vibration to the rotors. Meanwhile,avoid the bulky mass eccentricity is necessary if you want to keep a normal area and lower the impact speed. Supporting damp makes difference to the rotors vibration,with the addition of supporting damp,vibrancy will be reduced,the area of Chaos locomotion will become narrow,the area of periodic locomotion will be higher up. As a result,the system will be stabilized.
