摘  要:目的:开展负压型生物安全二级实验室气流组织、环境及控制技术研究,进行污染控制,防止有害生物因子向外界扩散。方法:采用实验室阶梯压力和气流上送下排的设计方法,利用Fluent软件对实验间内的气流组织进行数值模拟,采用定送变排的风量设定及控制方法,进行环境及控制技术研究,保证实验室外排空气洁净。结果:该技术可使实验室空气由清洁区域流向污染区域,保证了实验室环境参数及外排空气洁净,对外部不造成污染,实现了实验室环境的稳定控制。结论:通过通风系统设计、环境及控制技术研究建立的负压型生物安全二级实验室通风系统可进行有效的污染控制,可满足病原微生物实验室生物安全防护要求。Objective To research the airflow, environment and control technology for negative BSL-2 laboratory to prevent harmful biological agents from spreading to the outside. Methods The laboratory had pressure gradient formed and air blown in from the above and out from the below. Fluent software was used for the numerical simulation of the air flow in the laboratory. With the supply air volume kept constant and exhaust one changed, the environment and control technology were researched to have the exhausted air being clean. Results The air in the laboratory flew from the clean area to the contaminated area, and then the environmental parameters and the cleaning of the exhausted air could be ensured so that the stable control of the laboratory could be realized. Conclusion The research on ventilation system and environmental control technology makes BSL-2 laboratory able to perform contamination control and to meet the requirements of the pathogenic microorganism laboratory for bio safety.
