摘  要:目的:研发一种玻璃安瓿瓶快速开启装置,通用于各种大小安瓿瓶的开启,以提高临床工作效率,减少医务人员手部损伤。方法:该装置主要由指套环、上夹板、下夹板、砂轮、消毒装置构成。指套环、上夹板与下夹板均采用性质稳定、轻型的硬质透明材料制作;消毒装置为设置有倒刺的凹槽,其倒刺采用弹性硅胶材料制作。使用时通过移动安瓿瓶改变上下夹板之间的作用力,对安瓿瓶进行掰断。结果:该装置可实现对安瓿瓶的切割、消毒、掰断,操作简便、高效,确保了药液不会被污染,有效避免了开启过程中对医务人员手部的损伤。结论:该装置结构简单、价格低廉,使用操作方便、安全性高,能够显著解决安瓿瓶易划伤医务人员的现状,可降低职业伤害率,值得推广使用。Objective To develop a quick opening device for sizes of glass ampoules. Methods The device was composed of the finger-holding ring, upper clamping piece, lower clamping piece, grinding wheel and disinfection mechanism. The ring and clamping piece were made of stable, light, hard and apparent material. The disinfection mechanism had a groove-shaped structure with barbs made of elastic solica gel material. The ampoule could be opened by moving it to change the force between the two clamping pieces. Results The device could be used for the cutting, disinfection and opening of the ampoule, which had easy operation and high efficiency, and could eliminate the contamination to the physic liquid and the injury to the hand. Conclusion The device has simple structure, low cost, easy operation and high safety, and thus is worthy popularizing practically.
