组合式床旁X线拍片盒扶持装置的设计

摘　　要：目的:研制组合式床旁X线拍片盒扶持装置,用于水平侧位X线床旁拍片的片盒摆放,避免工作人员或陪护人员扶持拍片盒遭受X线辐射。方法:采用无紧固件的磁性连接方式,分为底座、连接支承、扶持3个部分。底座的上方为连接杆,连接杆的上方连接可弯曲定型软管,可弯曲定型软管的上端固定有拍片盒稳固器。拍片盒稳固器为凹槽型,利用凹槽可将X线拍片盒竖立在病床之上。结果:扶持装置可稳固病床上直立放置的各种尺寸的X线拍片盒,且拍摄中拍片盒稳定,无需陪床家属或工作人员扶持拍片盒,可有效避免X线辐射。结论:使用该扶持装置可进行各部位的X线水平投照,且使用、携带方便,符合病床旁移动拍片的要求。Objective To develop a composite support device for the bedside photography to accommodate the X-ray cassette at horizontal-lateral direction so as to avoid the staff from X-ray radiation damage while supporting the cassette.Methods The device adopted magnetic connection without any fastener, and was composed of a base, a mechanism for connecting and supporting as well as a mechanism for holding. A connecting rod was located over the base of the device,whose top linked with a bendable shaped hose. A cassette stabler was fixed to the top of the hose, which was gab-shaped to position the cassette. Results The holding mechanism adapted itself to sizes of cassettes, and eliminated the need for manual operation. Conclusion The device with easy operation and high portability can be used for the bedside photography for all sites.
