摘　　要：目的:探讨医院医疗耗材管理的新思路。方法:对医疗耗材建立标准化管理机制,落实招标采购制度、准入制度,细化库房管理工作流程,实施高值耗材全寿命管理、医疗耗材网络化管理。结果:对医疗耗材进行科学化、规范化管理,提高了医疗护理质量,为患者康复提供了安全保障,减少了积压浪费。结论:对医疗耗材实施科学化、规范化管理对预防和控制医院感染、降低运行成本、提供经济核算有重要作用。Objective To explore the management of hospital medical consumables. Methods Standardized management as well as the regulations for bidding and access were realized for medical consumables. The working flow for warehouse management was elaborated, with whole-course management of high-value consumables and networked management of medical consumables developed. Results Standardized management of medical consumables enhanced nursing and patient safety. Conclusion Standardized management of medical consumables may contribute to controlling hospital infection and decreasing running cost.
