摘　　要：研究目的:考察土家族跳丧舞的体育文化学意义,探寻民俗体育的推广方法与途径。研究方法:文献法、观察法、逻辑分析法。研究结果与结论:跳丧舞也叫"跳撒叶尔嗬",是土家族流传很广的传统的祭祀舞蹈,它具有古朴的身体动作形态,独特的生命观、群体意识观、诙谐的狂欢文化性。在它基础上创新开发的巴山舞,经过宣传推广,现已成为当地流行的健身项目。因此,它具有完全体育文化学上的形态特征,它的成功改编及流行为边远农村健身项目的发展提供了具有启示的思路。Research purposes： to explore the significance of sports cultural on Tujia funeral dance, and the methods and way to promote the folk sports. Methods： the literature method, observation method, logic reasoning method. Results and conclusion： Funeral dance, also known as ＂Jump for Sa Ye Er He＂, is a widely circulated traditional sacrificial dance in Tujia Nationality. It has an ancient form of body movements, a unique view of life, the sense of community concept and humorous carnival culture. Bashan Dance is based on it and has become a local popular fitness program through the innovative development and promotion. Therefore, it has completely morphological characteristics of Sports Culture. Its successfully adaption and epidemic provides a revelation on the development of health project in remote rural.
