摘　　要：城乡居民大病保险与商业重大疾病保险同属大病医保,均为医疗保障体系的重要组成部分,又均由商业保险机构负责具体经办,可将两者有效融合、共同发展,实现"基本+补充"的保障功能,共筑大病医疗保障体系。Urban and rural residents serious illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance are important part of the medical insurance system. Also, both of them are managed by commercial insurance agencies. It is good for government to achieve protection function and build a serious illness medical security system by integrating and developing both insurances.
