摘　　要：我院围绕职能部门"服务基层、支持一线"的宗旨,统一开展实施行政查房优化方案并规范管理,提高了职能部门发现问题、整改问题的能力,明确了部门责任,改进了工作作风,提高了持续质量改进在医院管理中的作用和效果。Lishui center hospital has carried out a unified optimization scheme of the administrative wad rounds and conducted a standardized management. These measures have improved the functional departments＇ abilities to discover and solve problems, defined the responsibility of departments clearly, improved the style of work, and enhanced the effect of continuous quality improvement on hospital management.
