摘　　要：2008年以来两岸关系和平发展取得一系列重要成果,两岸已经签署包括《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》(ECFA)等在内的23项协议,取得了重大的经济效益。但由于所谓"两岸和平红利分配不均"等原因,导致台湾方面的反弹,两岸关系并未取得预期的成效,另外大陆经济进入"新常态",对台湾的"磁吸力"降低,以及台湾面临政党选举等诸多不确定因素,两岸关系发展正处于一个关键节点。今后两岸应继续在"九二共识"这一重要的政治基础之上,增进了双方的互信,加强在整体和次区域间的经贸合作。大陆方面应充分重视与台湾"三中一青"及基层民众的沟通,扩大和加深台湾民众在两岸关系持续和平发展中的参与面。Since 2008, a series of important achievements have been made in the peaceful development of cross-strait relations,but cross-strait relations have not achieved the expected results. The development of cross- strait relations is in a critical node. In the future, the two sides should continue to strengthen mutual trust and strengthen economic and trade cooperation between the whole and the sub-regions on the basis of the important political foundation of the ＂1992 consensus＂. On the mainland, we should pay more attention to the communica- tion with the unprivileged populace and youth in Taiwan, expand and deepen the participation of the people in Taiwan in the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.
