流动性的变化及其对澳门博彩经济的影响

摘　　要：受国际局势影响,澳门博彩业从2014年起收益开始大幅滑落。对于微型经济体而言,过于依赖外部经济环境为澳门博彩业带来隐忧。所以,澳门需要对外部流动性的变化有清晰的认识。一方面,配合人民币国际化的进程,适时选择时机建立澳门元与人民币的联系汇率制度;另一方面,使博彩业以外的产业发展形成集群规模和集群效应,充分挖掘澳门经济发展中隐藏在生产要素中的创新元素,通过创新型人才的培养,发现产业适度多元发展的新经济增长点。As the leading industry of Macao＇s economy, the gaming revenue level depends heavily on the liquidity change in the process of the economic development of China's Mainland. The U. S. Federal Reserve an- nounced to gradually exit the quantitative easing monetary policy （QE） in 2013. A large number of capitals be- gan to flow back to US. As a result, the liquidity in China's Mainland was manifested to tighten up. Macao＇s gaming industry also was influenced by this policy with income declining sharply from 2014. For micro econo- mies, over depending on the economic environment outside would bring hidden danger, so Macao should clearly discriminate the liquidity change outside. On one hand, with the RMB internationalization process, selecting the well-timed opportunity to establish the linked exchange rate system between Macao Pataca and RMB. On the oth- er hand, promoting the industries outside gaming industry to form the cluster scale and cluster effects and uneart- hing the innovative elements hidden in production factors. To foster industrial growing points in the process of the industries＇ appropriate diversification by cultivating innovative talents.
