构建高校GOCP多维度大学生就业创业体系研究

摘　　要：当前我国处于大众创业、万众创新的重要发展时期,这对高校大学生就业创业工作提出了更高的要求,与此相适应,如何卓有成效地培养出具有创业创新精神的大学生便成为了摆在高校教育工作者面前的重要任务。构建高校GOCP多维度大学生就业创业体系,是国家发展的迫切需要,是维持社会稳定的重要举措,是高校责任的具体体现,更是学生发展的实际需要。大学生就业创业教育普遍存在着高校重视程度不够、教育实效性不强、缺少实践平台和就业教育工作与创业教育研究相分离等问题,针对这些问题,本文提出通过构建目标、对象、课程和平台四位一体的高校GOCP多维度大学生就业创业体系,为高校大学生就业创业提供有益参考。Aiming at the phenomena that most universities paid insufficient attention to employment and entrepreneurship education for students, the effectiveness of education is not strong, and that the lack of practice platform and employment and entrepreneurship education and the separation of educational phase and other issues is existing, by building one of the fnur objectives, targets, programs and platform system, this paper provided a useful reference for employment and entrepreneurship for college students.
