摘 要:在弹簧蓄能密封圈密封系统的二维轴对称有限元模型的基础上,模拟密封圈的装配过程和介质加压过程,分析密封系统的密封特性,提取表征密封特性的接触宽度、接触压力分布、峰值接触压力等物理量。通过分析PTFE材料的失效模型,建立弹簧蓄能PTFE密封圈静密封特性的准则,在此基础上分析表征密封特性的相关物理量在装配和介质加压过程中的变化趋势。再将模型反馈到设计中,分析压缩量对相关物理量的影响。得到结论:唇口峰值接触压力随着介质压力的施加呈增大趋势,并且都大于介质压力,这表明弹簧蓄能PTFE密封圈有很好的自密封特性;介质压力增大,接触宽度和线接触压随之增大。Based on initial 2-D axisymmetric finite element model of spring energized seal ring, the process of ring's assembly and being loaded was simulated, and several physical quantities that represent the performance of seal ring, such as contact pressure distribution, contact width and the maximum contact pressure were achieved. Further attention was focused on failure model of PTFE for setting up the standards of sealing characteristics.Following the standards ,those phys- ical quantities under variable conditions were analyzed. The model was applied to the design of sealing system, and the influence of compression rate on sealing characteristics was analyzed.The results show that the maximum pressure of the con- tact area ,which is increased along with the medium pressure, is always higher than the medium pressure, indicating this kind of seal can keep its sealing characteristic when loaded the medium pressure.The contact width as well as the line-contact pressure is also increased along with the higher medium pressure.
