摘  要:在三峡电站ALSTOM机组推力油槽上设置油品在线监测系统,与现有的推力瓦受力测量系统及推力瓦油膜厚度实时监测系统组成了一套推力轴承状态监视系统。该系统可实时监测润滑油液状态、推力瓦油膜厚度、推力瓦受力状况、有功功率和转速,实现推力轴承多参数状态监测信息的融合,为保障水轮机组的运行安全提供了科学依据。Monitoring system for oils on-line was established in the groove of thrust bearing in the ALSTOM units of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, and a state monitoring system was set up by integrating it with the present real-time monitoring system of the oil film thickness of thrust bearing and the measuring system of the force of thrust bearing. The real-time running state of lubricant, oil film thickness of the thrust bearing, force status of the thrust bearing, rated power and speed could be monitored by the system. The system can implement combination of state monitoring information of multi-parameter of the thrust bearing, and can provide scientific basis for ensuring safety operation of the hydropower units.
