摘 要:基于齿廓法线法在三维建模软件Pro/E中建立了不同阶数的蜗线齿轮的几何模型,并导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,建立各蜗线齿轮的有限元模型。分别对其进行模态分析,并得到其前七阶固有频率和振型图,提取齿轮的各阶模态振型图进行分析并分析蜗线齿轮的基本振型,讨论不同齿轮阶数与模数下各模态固有频率的变化规律并分析原因。该模态分析为选择蜗线齿轮的设计参数提供了参考依据,为该齿轮传动系统的振动特性分析、振动故障诊断与预报以及齿轮的动力学特性分析提供理论支持。The geometric model of the limacon gears with different order are created by the three-dimensional software Pro/E based on the tooth profile normal line method, and its finite elements are established by importing the models into ANSYS. Using finite element method, modal analysis of the limacon gears are done, and its first seven orders natural frequeney and vibration shape diagrams are got, and the basic vibration modes of limacon gears are also got according to the anolyzing of its vibration shape diagrams. The variation of natural frequencies of each modal under different order and modulus of gears were discussed,and the reason of it was analysed. The modal analysis provides guidance for selecting design parameters of limacon gear, and provides important theory support for its vibration characteristic analysis, vibration fanlt diagnosis and prediction as well as its dynamics analysis.
