摘  要:在油气田修井作业起下管柱过程中,需要工人站在井口反复操控液压油管钳上卸扣,不但劳动强度大,而且时刻面临磕碰夹挤、高空落物、有害井液飞溅等多种危险与危害。为了解决这一问题,依托现有修井机的液压、电气动力和提升条件,结合开口型液压油管钳结构特点,综合运用电控及液压驱动技术研制出一种液压油管钳自动上卸扣装置,其控制指令集中到一个十字主令操作盘上,修井机司机推拉操作手柄即可远程控制液压油管钳自动就位、上卸扣和对缺口,从而使作业工人从脏苦累险的工作条件中得以解放出来。It is needed that workers stand in wellhead and control hydraulic tubing pincers to screw repeatedly in the process of the oil-gas field workover operations for pulling and running tubing string, which not only the labor intensity is big, but also the workers always face the pinch bump, high-altitnde litter, splash and other harmful danger and harm of well fluid. In order to solve this problem, based on the existing hydraulic, electrical-gas power and elevating conditions of workover rig and combined with the structure characteristics of opening type hydraulic pincers, a kind of hydraulic tubing pincer automatically screwing device is evolved by electronic control and hydraulic drive technology comprehensively. All control commands are concentrated on a cross master control panel. A workover rig driver operates a handle switch to remote controlling the position of hydraulic pincers, screw, and line up automatically. It reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the safety operation level. It makes the workers liberated from the dirty and tired of working condition.
