摘  要:为了利用巷道的特殊结构位置,以巷式垂直升降式为原型,设计了一种以西门子PLC200为主控单元的立体平面移动式车库,该结构为升降机通道固定,每层都有一个可编程控制器控制的自主搬运器,可独立工作。并对控制系统的输入输出的分配进行了详细的分析,对控制系统的软硬件结构及安保措施和故障检测等做了详细阐述。为解决立体车库高度高、布线复杂、故障定位不准确等问题,提出利用无线通信模块,分主从站的控制方式。可实现车库多层联动,并用组态软件进行HMI人机交换界面的编写,方便监控和根据报警准确维修。To take advantage of the special structure of roadway position, with lane type vertical lift as the prototype, designs a type of planar mobile transversely garage which is controlled by Siemens PLC200. The structure of lift way isfixed, each layer has a programmable controller to control the independent conveyor. It analyzes the distribution of the input and output of control system in detail. It makes detailed hardware and software structure of contral system and security measures and fault detection, etc. Because of the garage is higher, in order to solve the problem of wiring complex, fault location is not accurate, so it uses master-slave station wireless module communication control mode. It can realize multi-layer linkage, which greatly improves the operation efficiency of the garage. Using configuration software has carried on the exchange HMI man-machine interface to write, which is convenient for maintenance personnel, according to the alarm of accuracy, to repair it.
