摘  要:由于三偏心蝶阀结构的特殊性,对其内部流场的流动性能进行了深入研究。建立了三偏心蝶阀的几何模型,对其内部流场进行模拟,获得了阀门的流量系数、流阻系数,并分析了阀门的轴向偏心、径向偏心和角度偏心与流量系数、流阻系数之间的变化规律,得知:角度偏心的数值大小与流通能力近似成反比;径向偏心值与阀门流通能力近似成正比,且影响大于角度偏心;而轴向偏心值对于阀门的流通能力几乎没有影响。采用正交试验法对三个偏心进行优化,降低流阻系数,提高流量系数,改善阀门流通性能。Due to the special structure of tri-eccentric butterfly valve, the flow performance of its interior flow field were studied. Based on the geometric model of tri-eccentric butterfly valve, the valve's flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient were obtained by simulating the interior flow field. Between the flow capacity and the valve's three offsets including axial, radial and angle, the laws of viariation. the angle offset was the inverse of the flow capacity of the valve approximately; the radial offset was the direct ratio of flow capacity of the valve, and the impact was greater than the angle offset; the axial offset had little effect on the flow capacity of the valve. The valve's three offsets were optimized by orthogonal test, and the result showed:flow resistance coefficient was reduced, flow coefficient was increased. The flow performance of the valve was improved.
