摘 要:为满足多梳栉经编机槽针运动要求,分析了非对称型直线-余弦-直线组合运动规律的组成和表达参数、偏移量与加速度极值之间的关系,推导出从动件运动位移、速度、加速度和跃度与三段凸轮转角比例之间的关系,利用边界点条件确定出每段运动过程中的积分常数和加速度极值。与选定的一种非对称余弦加速度运动规律相比,采用非对称型直线-余弦-直线组合运动规律的加速度和跃度极值均有不同程度减小。将该运动规律应用于经编机槽针上下运动凸轮机构,在槽针运动轨迹上升段,轨迹高度位置有一定程度提升,有利于退圈和避免前面梳栉导纱针上的纱线与后面梳栉导纱针之间的干扰。In order to meet demands of the motion of a multi-bar warp-knitting machine groove pin,the composition of the asymmetric type linear-cosine-straight combination motion and the relationship among expression parameters,offset and acceleration extremes were analyzed. The relation between the ratio of three periods of cam angle and kinematic parameters of follower,including displacement,velocity,acceleration and jerk was deduced,and by using the boundary conditions the integral constant and acceleration extremes in the process of movement were determined. Compared with the movement of symmetric cosine law,the values of acceleration and jerk of asymmetric line-cosine-straight motion law were increased. The law is applied to the cam mechanism motion of the warp knitting machine,in upward section of groove pin trace,the location of track ascends,which not only is beneficial to loop withdraw,but also avoids the interference that between yarns on the front guide bar and the groove pin behind.
