摘 要:通过有限差分法及Matlab矩阵运算,计算研究了外电场作用下"W"型势阱的能级结构.结果显示,外电场对系统能级结构影响甚大.随着外电场的增大,系统除第一能级外,其它能级先振荡变化,之后持续减小;能级越高,振荡持续的时间越长;相邻两能级振荡变化的方向相反,且相邻两能级间隔Δ(mn)先也是振荡变化,之后趋于稳定.研究结果说明,系统能级及相邻能级间隔可以通过改变外电场大小方式来有效控制.Effects of electric field on energy levels in "W" type wells are investigated by using finite different method with Matlab language. The results show that the energy levels of system are affected by electric field. In an increasing electric field, the energy levels of "W" type system except the first levels are continuing to decline after an oscillating change, there is a more time in oscillation for the higher level. For two adjacent levels, the directions of oscillating change are opposite, and the interval tends to stable after oscillating change. These explain that the energy levels and intervals of "W" type wells can be controlled by electric field.
