论中国运动员职业精神的缺失及培养

摘　　要：职业精神是当代运动员必须具备的要素,如果没有端正的态度和正确的职业精神理念,运动员乃至整个体育事业将难以成功.文章对职业精神的含义及中国运动员的职业精神内涵进行分析,剖析了当代中国运动员职业精神缺失的种种表现:国家、集体荣誉感不强,拜金主义强烈,不够敬业、不够勤业,不注重自己的社会影响和形象等.同时提出加强运动员人文社科知识教育,进行职业观教育,建立和完善运动员经纪人制度,加快体育社会化、职业化改革,建立完善的运动员职业化标准体系等对策,以提高中国运动员的职业精神素养,推动中国体育事业的发展.The professional spirit is the prerequisite quality for a contemporary athlete. Without gracious attitude and proper spiritual ideas, both athletes and even the whole sports cause will not succeed. The article discussed the content of the professional spirit and Chinese athletes professional spirit, stated a variety of performances about the absence of contemporary Chinese athletes professional spirit： weak sense of group and state honor, obvious money worship, insufficient professionalism, less attention to his/her social influence and images. In future, we should strengthen the athletes＇ social science knowledge education and professional idea education, establish and perfect the broker system for the athletes, speed up the reform for PE socialization and professionalization, bulid up the perfect professional standard system to improve Chinese athletes professional spirit accomplishment and to promote the development of China＇s sports cause.
