摘　　要：代谢综合征是指伴有胰岛素抵抗的一组疾病的丛集,包括腹部肥胖症、血糖升高、血脂异常以及高血压。其表现为直接促进动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发展。脂肪激素在代谢综合征的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用。世界范围内肥胖人群数量增加促使人们对脂肪激素的研究越来越深入,这为探讨代谢综合征的机制及治疗提供了理论依据。Metabolic syndrome is a group of diseases associated with insulin resistance, including abdominal obesity, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and hypertension. It directly promotes atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease development. The adipose hormone plays an important role in the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome. The increasing number of worldwide obesity patients impels people to conduct more research on the adipose hormone deeply, which provides the theoretical basis to investigate the mechanism and treatment of metabolic syndrome.
