妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准控制孕妇血糖对母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准控制孕妇血糖水平对母婴结局的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2013年1月保定市妇幼保健院收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组,均符合妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准,另外选取2011年1月至2012年1月收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为对照组,均符合妊娠期糖尿病原诊断标准。比较两组的母婴结局。结果观察组分娩孕周为(38.7±2.0)周,显著大于对照组的(37.1±2.4)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组产妇并发症以及新生儿不良事件发生率分别为7.5%、5.0%,均显著低于对照组的15.8%、12.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准有利于及早采取控制血糖的措施,可以明显延长分娩孕周、减少母婴不良事件的发生,从而获得良好的母婴结局。Objective To investigate the effect of maternal blood glucose level control by new standard diagnosis of diabetic pregnancy on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods A total of 120 gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Banding City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2013 were included as the observation group, who were all in line with the new standard diagnosis of gestational diabetes, another 120 gestational diabetes mellitus patients from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2012 were included as control group, who were all in line with the original diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes. The maternal and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The gestational age of the observation group was （ 38.7 ±2. 0 ） weeks, significantly higher than the control group （37. 1 ± 2.4） weeks, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ） ;maternal complications and neonatal adverse event rates of the observation group were 7.5% ,5.0% ,significantly lower than the control group（ 15.8%, 12.5% ） , the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The new standard diagnosis of diabetic pregnancy is helpful to take early measures to control blood sugar, which can significantly prolong the gestational age and reduce adverse maternal and infant events, to obtain good maternal and neonatal outcomes.
