摘　　要：介绍了煤矿高压供用电设备的技术现状、安全现状及其安全准入测试能力现状,分析了安全准入测试能力发展存在的主要问题。结合煤矿高压供用电系统安全准入分析验证实验室建设项目,从大容量试验电源、开关电器、变频电传动系统、无功功率补偿和井下电网参数模拟等方面,探讨了高压供用电设备安全准入测试能力建设内容。Present status of high-voltage power supply and consumption equipments used in coal mine underground were introduced,including their technical characteristics and safety status and test capabilities of their safety approval.The main problems exited in development of test ability of the safety approval were also analyzed.Combining with the project of security approval analysis and verification laboratory for coal mine high-voltage power supply and consumption system,the construction contents were discussed from high capacity testing power supply,switching apparatus,frequency conversion electric drive system,reactive power compensation and power grid parameter simulation.
