我国山区县农业生态效率评价与改善研究——以福建大田县为研究区域

摘　　要：农业生态效率是衡量一个地区农业综合生产能力的重要指标,特别是在具有丰富生态资源与高危生态风险双重特性的山区县。以农业生态效率评价为研究中心,择取典型山区农业县——福建省大田县为例,通过构建农业生态效率综合评价指标体系,并基于DEA模型,对大田县2009—2013年农业生态效率实证分析,从综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率对其18个乡镇进行综合评价。研究结论为生态低效率乡镇的改进提供相应建议。Agriculture eco - efficiency is an important indicator of agricultural comprehensive production capacity, espe- cially in mountainous county which has double characteristics of rich ecological resources and high ecological risk. Based on evaluation research of agriculture eco - efficiency, the paper takes a typical mountain agricultural county, Datian in Fujian province for example, and designs the index system of agricultural and eco - efficiency evaluation. And based on the princi- ple of DEA model, agriculture eco - efficiency of 2009 - 2013 in Datian is empirically analyzed. Comprehensive evaluation of the 18 townships from the aspects of the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficien- cy, provides the corresponding improvement suggestions for the poor ecological efficiency township.
