摘　　要：知识经济的快速增长源于科学技术的迅速转化,当前中国经济发展的新要求是建立以知识创新为基础的经济体系,也就提出了加强高校、科研机构与产业部门的联合与合作的要求。应用协同理论、创新理论对以高校、科研机构、企业多主体参与的合作研究过程进行研究:运用深度访谈对影响多主体合作研究过程的因素进行分类,在此基础上构建基于合作研究过程的协同创新理论模型,并通过电子科技大学的太赫兹科学协同创新体、电子科技大学与英特尔公司合作研究为案例,对理论模型进行分析验证。研究结果表明:高校应对协同创新的过程进行优化以实现协同效应的最大化,其中创新过程的协同主要包括协同领域筹划、协同框架协议起草、启动、交付、评估5个阶段。The development of China＇ s economy required the collaborative innovation of college colleges, research in- stitution and enterprises. In this paper, the influence factors on collaborative research process of colleges, research insti- tution and enterprises were sorted by the results of in - depth interview. We established a theoretical model based on col- laborative innovation, and this model was proved to be effective by the case of THz science collaborative innovation in UESTC and lntel. The conclusion indicates that process - based collaborative innovation involved five steps. Our research can provide some guidance for the construction of universities collaborative innovation in China.
