摘　　要：文章以获取信息的自由程度为标准将信息分为可以自由获取使用的信息、限制获取使用的信息、禁止获取使用的信息三类,同时对不同类型信息获取使用中的法律风险作简要说明。Serious legal risks on the use of information always exist in the information service and information transaction due to the hysteretic information legislation and complex right attribute of information. The well-classified information can offer some necessary guides on information selections in the process of information service and information transaction, and reduce the legal costs as well. Taking the freedom degree of information acquisition as the standard, this paper divides information into 3 types, including information with free access, information with limited access, and information with prohibit access. Meanwhile, the paper briefly introduces the legal risks for accessing and using different types of information.
