技术转移过程中的竞争情报架构与常用指标体系研究

摘　　要：文章以技术转移是科技成果商品化、产业化并获取经济利益的过程为理论基础,针对技术转移过程中不同环节的评估与决策需求,研究其中技术竞争情报的关键指标。认为在技术商品化过程中对技术竞争情报的需求远远超出了传统技术情报的范围,应该包括对技术本身的评价、产业化生产程度、商业模式和技术转移团队等几大类核心竞争情报并提出了所需要情报的指标体系。Taking the theoretical basis that technology transfer is the process of commercialization, industrialization and eco- nomic benefits of scientific and technological achievements, this paper researches on the key index of competitive technical intelligence in view of the evaluation and decision-making demands of different segments in the process of technology transfer. The paper believes that the demands of competitive technical intelligence are far beyond the scope of traditional technical intelligence in the process of the commercialization of technology, including the evaluation of technology, the degree of industrial production, business model and technology transfer team. Finally, the paper puts forward index system for the required intelligence.
