摘　　要：本文分析了城市综合体的发展历程和发展类型,认为在城市转型升级过程中,城市综合体具有引领作用,并结合福建省城市综合体发展现状和存在的问题,提出促进城市综合体健康发展的若干建议。This paper analyzes the history and the type of urban complex and concludes that urban complex is leading the urban transforma- tion and upgrading process of Fujian province. Finally, according to the current situation and existing problems of urban complex in Fujian province, this article put forward some suggestions to promote the development of urban complex.
