摘 要:针对四川地区高压固井需要,根据粒级级配和紧密堆积理论原理,选择将不同粒径与密度的磁铁矿F与高密度磁铁矿FF进行复配实验,研制出密度2.50 g/cm3的高密度水泥浆体系以及密度2.45 g/cm3的前置液体系。该水泥浆体系流变性能好,API失水小于50 m L,无沉降,抗压强度高;选择不同密度的重晶石与磁铁矿进行复配,筛选出流变性能优异,性能稳定,抗污染能力强的前置液体系,并成功应用于MY 2井和YB 273-1H井,固井质量优良。In order to meet the demands of high-pressure cementing in Sichuan Basin,based on gain-size compound and close packing theory, one system of high-density slurry with density of 2.50 g/cm3 and another system of pad fluid with density of 2.45 g/cm3 were developed by a mixing experiment to select the magnetite F with different particle sizes and densities and the magnetite FF with high density. Results show that this slurry system without subsidence is characterized by better rheological property and high compression strength, and its API fluid loss is less than 50 m L. In addition, after mixing of both barite and magnetite with different densities, the pad fluid system which is featured by best rheological property, stable property, and strong anti-pollution capability was further optimized. And this pad fluid system had been applied to MY 2 and YB273-1H wells, and better cementing quality was also obtained.
