摘　　要：凤凰商业服务中心项目地下室面积约4万m2,东边紧邻规划施工中的市政道路,现场无法形成环形施工道路,为了解决施工水平交通运输的难题,创造性地提出了在地下室顶板上设置施工道路的设计与施工技术。同时为避免对地下室结构安全以及使用功能产生损害,通过对平面布置原则以及道路设计进行全面研究,总结出地下室顶板上设置施工道路工程的成功施工经验,可为解决类似工程问题提供参考依据。Phoenix business service center has an area of forty thousand square,east to the constnuction of？ municipal roads.
