摘 要:文章通过大量的分析、研究搅拌摩擦焊接热力耦合计算方面的资料以及结合实际开展的搅拌摩擦焊接过程和试验,建立了一个相对完善的铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊接数值分析模型;对其焊接参数、夹具约束、机械载荷、摩擦因数、材料属性以及生热过程进行了较为细致的分析和研究;综合考虑摩擦力和被焊型材的剪切极限,采用了一种自适应热量载荷作为其生热驱动力;在力学分析中简化考虑机械载荷以及夹具与型材及型材与型材之间的接触关系;对分析模型进行了动态模拟,得到焊接过程中温度场分布规律、焊接残余应力分布规律。Based on a lot of available information about thermal-mechanical coupled analysis in FSW and actual process and experiment,a more precise numerical simulation aluminum profile model of FSW is set up. Some issues of FSW process are carefully analyzed and researched, including the welding parameters, the restriction of welding fixtures ,mechanical load ,the friction coefficient ,material model and heat generation. In this paper, comprehensive consideration tool shoulder friction and the yield shear stress of base material, the heat generation is considered to be driven by a self-adaptation heat load. Mechanical load and the contact relation between welding fixtures and the structure are introduced into the mechanical analysis model in a simplified way. By means of the analysis model, a dynamic numerical simulation of FSW is carried out on aluminum profile, which the characteristic and distribution of the transient temperature distribution ,the characteristic and distribution of residual stress are analyzed.
