摘  要:基于热力耦合场分析评判高速面铣刀的设计模型。依据需求层次理论,给出高速铣刀性能层次结构,提出高速铣刀性能评判方案;针对高速可转位铣刀串联系统的失效特征和高速铣刀动平衡精度要求,确立高速面铣刀的基本结构,采用均匀试验设计方法获得铣刀组件材料设计方案,构建高速铣削铝合金直径为63mm的面铣刀设计模型;进行高速面铣刀热力耦合场分析,研究铣刀组件材料和转速对其最高切削温度、最大等效应力和刀片位移的影响,评判和优选出可用于高速铣削铝合金的高速面铣刀设计方案;通过高速面铣刀切削铝合金试验,利用铣刀动平衡精度、安全性、切削效率和已加工表面粗糙度试验结果,测试铣刀的高速切削性能满足高速切削要求。Evaluation of high-speed face milling cutter design model was made based on thermal coupling field. Basis for demand level theory, the performance hierarchy of high-speed cutter and the performance evaluation program of cutter was proposed. In view of series system failure characteristics of high speed milling cutter and requirements of dynamic bal- ancing precision, basic structure of cutter is established by using uniform experimental design method to obtained material design and construction design model of high speed face milling cutter. Design of 63mm diameter high speed milling cutter is put forward. Analyzing the thermal coupling field, the influence of components' materials and rotation speed on cutting temperature, the maximum equivalent stress and displacement of component materials are researched. The selected out cut- ter can be used in design of cutter for processing aluminium alloy. With cutting experiments, the performance of high speed face milling cutter with 63mm diameter is tested and design model of cutter and evaluation method is verified by using ex- periment results of dynamic balance accuracy, security, cutting efficiency and machined surface roughness.
