摘 要:冲压件在工业生产中是大批量生产工件,针对传统人工测量其尺寸参数时工作量大、测量效率低的问题,开发了一种基于机器视觉的在线测量系统。该测量系统的硬件部分由光源、镜头、相机和计算机等组成,系统采用透射光照明以突出冲压件的结构轮廓特征;软件部分对采集到的图像首先进行预处理、再进行阈值分割,然后提取冲压件图像的边缘。最后,为了提高所需测量的几何要素的检测精度,在霍夫变换的基础上运用圆的几何特性来精确定位圆心。实验结果证明了该测量系统的有效性和检测算法的可行性,提高了测量效率,实现了冲压件尺寸参数的非接触在线测量。Aiming at the problems that the stamping parts are mass produced in industrial production, and the work- load of traditional manual measurement is heavy, the measurement efficiency is low, a online measurement system based on machine vision is presented. The hardware of the system includes light source, lens, camera and computer, the system a- dopts transmitted illumination to highlight the contour feature of the stamping parts ; in the software, precondition is firstly performed to the captured image, then threshold segmentation and the edge contour extraction are conducted; finally, a method to location the center of the circle accurately is adopted, which based on the Hough transform algorithm, in order to improve the detection precision of the geometric elements. The results show the validity of the method and the feasibility of the algorithm in the system, it improves the measurement efficiency, and realizes the non-contact online measurement of the stamping parts.
