摘  要:使用国内外不同牌号的金红石型钛白粉制备了PVC硬制品复合材料,并研究复合材料的热稳定性和光老化性能。结果表明:不同牌号的钛白粉在加工过程中可以有效抑制PVC的分解,减慢黄化现象;钛白粉可提高复合材料的热老化性能;钛白粉可吸收和反射紫外光线,提高复合材料的光老化性能。Rigid PVC composite was prepared by using different grades of rutile titanium dioxide of domestic and abroad. The thermal stability and light aging property of the composite were studied. The results showed that the decomposition of PVC was effectively restrained and the etiolation was slowed down with titanium dioxide added during processing. The heat aging property of composite was improved. Owing to the ability of titanium dioxide to absorb and reflect ultraviolet light, the light aging property was improved.
