摘  要:为更好保障巷道掘进施工安全,提升施工效率,以卧龙矿12206巷道掘进施工为对象,探究光面爆破技术在不稳固岩体巷道掘进中的应用。通过对不稳固围岩破碎特性的研究,对光面爆破参数进行优化分析,并确定了螺旋掏槽布孔方式。实践应用表明,各炮眼利用率均在85%以上,巷道爆破后成型质量优良,超挖量未超过100 mm,不存在欠挖现象。良好的现场应用效果在提升卧龙矿巷道掘进施工质量与施工效率的同时,降低了施工成本,实现矿山经济效益与社会效益的双赢。To better safeguard mining construction, improve construction efficiency and broaden the scope of smooth blasting technology application,Wolong Mine mining construction roadway 12206 was taken as object, the smooth blasting technology in the application of unstable rock roadway mining was explored. Through study on characteristics of unstable broken rock, optimization analysis was carried out on the smooth blasting parameters, and the spiral cut holes were settled.Practical application showed that the utilization rate of perforation were over 85%, the bursting of the roadway forming quality was good, overbreak volume was less than 100 mm. Good field application effect raised the efficiency of the mine roadway mining construction and quality, also reduced the construction cost, realized win- win situation of mine economic and social benefit.
