摘  要:钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度(q值)是常用的煤与瓦斯突出预测指标之一,但是,由于测定钻孔在钻杆重力的作用下呈抛物线形状以及现有仪器的特定结构形状,使得测量仪器进入钻孔时的阻力增大,延长了送入仪器的时间,从而有可能错过q值的最佳测定时间。此次对新型q值测定装备进行改进,并在现场进行了试验。试验结果显示,改进后的仪器很大程度上减少了仪器送入钻孔的时间,从而更准确的测得q值。由于煤壁对改进后的封孔器前端阻力减小,使其封孔器前端堆积的煤屑量减少,从而在相同长度钻孔的情况下,增加了测量的深度。The initial velocity( q value) is one of the commonly index for predicting the coal and gas outburst, because the measuring borehole displays a parabolic shape under the gravity drill and the specific structure of the existing instrument,the resistance increases when the instrument goes into the borehole, the time of instrument into the borehole extended,makes it possible to miss the optimal measurement time of q values. Through improving the new measuring equipment of q values, and tested in the field. The result suggested that the improved instrument greatly reduced the time of the instrument into the borehole, thus measuring the q values more accurate. Further, since the coal wall sealing hole opener front resistance and the amount of coal dust accumulation in the front of sealing were reduced, in the same case of the drilled length, the measurement depth was increased.
