摘　　要：投资管理是落实电网规划和解决客户用电需求中非常重要的环节之一。经济新常态下,电网公司售电收入减少,难以支撑大规模全覆盖的配电网投资。因此,如何在满足客户用电需求的条件下优化投资安排,已成为当前人们关注的焦点。而应用柔性决策技术,可满足客户的用电需求,优化投资,达到综合最优。The investment management is one of the most important parts in the implementation of the power grid planning and solving customer demand for electricity. Under the new economic norm, the sale of electricity in the power grid crop, it is difficult to support large-scale full coverage of the distribution network investment. Therefore, how to optimize the investment arrangement under the condition of meeting the demand of customers has become the focus of people＇s attention. And the application of flexible decision-making technology can meet the needs of customers with electricity demand; optimize the investment, to achieve integrated optimization.
