摘　　要：目前,人们对建筑施工的要求逐渐提高。因此,就新型防水材料的特性、施工技术在工业及民建施工中常见的问题和应对措施进行了分析,以期为新型防水材料的应用提供一些建议与思考。At present, people to the construction of the requirements gradually improve. Therefore, in this paper, the new type waterproof material characteristics and construction technology in the industrial and civil construction in the common problems and countermeasures are analyzed, in order for the application of new waterproof material to provide some suggestions and considerations.
